Organise payments across a stand, mobile team or several locations without mixing access, references and totals.

The essentials
When several people or locations take payments, define what you need to distinguish: team member, location or project. These fields are not interchangeable. Use individual access and consistent references, then consolidate confirmed payments for the chosen period.
A device is not a lasting identity
A phone may be replaced or used by another authorised team member. Do not base all tracking on “the blue phone”. Prefer named access and a location or job reference where the solution supports it.
Make sure everyone belongs to the correct business account. A payment received into a personal account or another organisation creates a problem that a description alone cannot fix.
Prepare the division of work
For an event, give areas or activities short names. For a mobile business, use the job reference. Also decide who handles customer questions after payment and who may issue refunds.
User counts, device limits and consolidation features depend on the plan. Check them before planning ten payment points around one subscription.
Consolidate without double counting
A payment remains one transaction even if it appears in several views: team member, location and day. For reporting, use a common source and the same date range. Handle unpaid requests and refunds separately.
During a team handover, pass on unresolved exceptions and remove unnecessary access. History should remain understandable after a volunteer or employee leaves.

Fictional example: an association runs a registration desk and a refreshment stand. Both use the same association account with separate access and identifiable descriptions. Reporting groups confirmed payments without confusing zone totals with the overall total.
