Questions to ask before paying

Is it free for the freelancer?

Yes. Freelancer accounts, Direct and Embedded are free. The client pays a 3% Blaya fee including tax on top of the service amount.

When does the freelancer receive funds?

Transfer is normally scheduled for day 7 after capture, with client extensions possible up to day 30. Checks and claims may pause it. Bank payout is a separate step.

Does Blaya guarantee the service?

No. Blaya provides a payment and tracking flow. Identity verification does not guarantee quality or delivery. Disagreements are handled in the secure case and through applicable procedures.

Are fees refunded?

A service refund does not normally refund Blaya fees. Documented exceptions follow a separate procedure; no refund is automatically promised.
