1. Your Blaya service
Blaya is operated by OptiApps, a French SAS, registration number 990 617 367, registered at 1 route de Montpellier, 34430 Saint-Jean-de-Védas, France. These terms govern the business account, compliance application, and payment acceptance and tracking features made available in Blaya.
Access to an account or submission of an application does not authorize payment acceptance. Payments become available only after the required approvals and activation of the relevant service. Demos and test environments do not process real payments.
2. Your compliance application
You must be authorized to represent your business and provide accurate information and legible supporting documents relating to it. Once submitted, the application is locked during review. If additional information is requested, only the relevant items can be corrected or added. A new document supplements the application without erasing documents already submitted.
You follow requests and decisions in Blaya. A submission confirmation or closing a verification screen does not mean that your application has been approved. Further verification, rejection or restrictions may prevent payment acceptance or payouts.
3. Applicable payment terms
Blaya is your interface and contact for its service. Technical functions and payment processing rely on separate providers. Their contractual identities and terms remain available below.
For the relevant services, the Tapaya s.r.o. terms v3.0 of 10 September 2026 are incorporated by reference and accepted with these terms. Their full text and privacy policy are available below.
For Tap to Pay on iPhone, Stripe services are governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement it includes. These agreements are incorporated by reference into these terms: accepting the Blaya terms also constitutes acceptance of those agreements for the relevant services, including updates made by Stripe. Their full texts are linked below.
You provide Blaya with accurate and complete information about yourself and your business and authorize Blaya to share it with Stripe, together with information about transactions carried out using its services. Stripe receives and processes the necessary personal data under its privacy policy, linked in section 5.

The acquirer may require a separate agreement for payment processing and payouts. Any additional agreements, identity checks and phone permissions must still be completed when requested; accepting these terms does not replace them.
4. Use and pricing
Use Blaya for transactions relating to your declared business and protect your team’s access. Plan, transaction and additional service prices are presented before subscription or use. Consult your plan and the pricing information available in Blaya. Accepting the application alone does not subscribe you to a plan or additional service.
5. Application data and privacy
OptiApps processes account information to provide Blaya and support. Necessary business details, contact information, responsible persons’ identities, supporting documents and bank details are transmitted to the relevant providers for application review and payment services. They are not published on your payment link.
For this application, the Tapaya agreement identifies the acquirer as controller, Tapaya as processor and the integrator as sub-processor. Stripe’s own processing is described in its privacy policy. Retention obligations relating to verification and transactions may prevent immediate erasure of some data.
Evidence of your acceptance retains your account, the terms version, its address and the acceptance date. You can request access, correction or erasure of your data within applicable limits, from your account settings or by contacting us.
Optional journey measurement
After a confirmed payment, you can agree to measure your journey to creating a Blaya page. This is optional and confirmed when creating your profile. The measurement link expires after 24 hours. No amount, transaction identifier, payment method or identity of the business you paid is recorded in this measurement. No advertising cookie. Only totals are displayed to administrators; consent is retained for at most 30 days and can be withdrawn in My data. Signup and payment remain available without this tracking.
