Test payment terms

Amount and fees

The accepted total includes the service amount and Blaya service fees of 3% including tax. No Blaya commission is deducted from the freelancer’s principal, except for refunds, dispute agreements, chargebacks or applicable obligations.

Charge and transfer

The charge follows successful 3DS authentication and confirmed capture. Transfer is scheduled 7 × 24 hours after capture. Before the deadline, the buyer can extend without additional fees to 14, 21 or 30 days from capture. Without an extension or active dispute, transfer is automatic subject to checks and the payment provider’s funds availability.

Claims and refunds

A timely recorded claim suspends a transfer that has not been executed. A dispute may exceed day 30; Blaya seeks an amicable solution without promising indefinite retention or a judicial decision. Blaya’s 3% fees are not refunded with the service, except for a legal obligation, duplicate payment, billing error or a Blaya service not validly provided.

Test scope

Use only authorized fictional identities and test payment methods. Local simulation moves no funds. Stripe test mode uses sandbox resources. Live payments are disabled. This document still requires the planned legal and tax validation before production.
