Blaya.
A payment with clear steps
Blaya connects a client and a freelancer around a payment request and a shared history. Blaya hosts the checkout.
See the price before you pay
The freelancer account and partner integration are free. The client pays the service amount plus a 3% Blaya service fee including tax, with no additional minimum. The freelancer’s principal is kept separate from Blaya fees.
Example: a €100 service has a €3 Blaya fee, for a total of €103.
After payment
The timeline starts when capture is confirmed by the server. Principal transfer is normally scheduled for day 7. Before the current deadline, the client can confirm an extension to day 14, 21 or 30 through their secure link.
An eligible claim recorded before the deadline pauses a transfer that has not yet been executed. The parties then follow the case and agreement proposals. A payout to the freelancer’s bank account is a separate step handled by the payment provider.
What the badges mean
Secure payment by BlayaThe payment badge identifies the Blaya payment flow. It is not insurance or a guarantee of delivery, quality or refund. A service refund does not normally refund Blaya fees; documented exceptions may apply.
Verified identity
This badge appears only when payment identity verification is confirmed. It does not recommend the freelancer or assess the service. In a test environment, the badge explicitly states that limitation.
