Your access and sensitive actions
Freelancer access uses multi-factor authentication. Sensitive actions require recent verification. You can review sign-ins and important changes in your account. Never share a login code or API key with support.
Identity verification is not a recommendation
The identity badge reflects payment identity verification when it has actually been confirmed. It does not certify work quality or delivery and is not insurance. Verification in a test environment is labelled accordingly.
Documents remain private
Uploaded files are checked and remain quarantined until malware scanning completes. Access requires the appropriate permissions. They are not published on the website, sitemap or marketing tracking tools. If automatic extraction fails, you can enter the information manually.
Payment and tracking
Stripe is the integrated technical provider for payments and connected accounts. Blaya manages the request, displayed fees, timeline and follow-up. A browser screen never decides a transfer or refund on its own. No system eliminates all risk; always check the website address and recipient before paying.
