Clear payment stages from filming to editing
Preparation, filming, editing and approval: make video payment requests explicit.

Plan filming and its constraints
Describe the agreed date, duration, location and preparation. Separate your fee, any expenses and rescheduling terms in the quote. A Blaya deposit corresponds to the request amount; it does not replace your agreement’s terms.
Define editing rounds
Specify final format, expected duration, variations and included revision rounds. Use a summary document rather than large raw footage to support the payment. Blaya accepts PDFs or images; it is not a video hosting service.
Connect approval and balance payment
A separate request can cover the final edit. The client sees fees before paying and retains access to a secure timeline. Opening a link or viewing an email does not prove approval of the film or payment.
