Make the calculation clear
Your document can restate the project price, the deposit already paid and the remaining amount. The new request must contain only the outstanding balance. Duplicating a request does not copy or charge a previous deposit.
Document delivery
Identify deliverables, the submitted version and any remaining review points. Prefer a short, precise description over sensitive information. Private files are for authorized participants in the transaction, not your public page content.

A client seeking to pause an unexecuted transfer must open a claim before the displayed deadline. Keep relevant correspondence and evidence. An agreement may cover all or part of the principal; Blaya fees follow separate rules and are not normally refunded with the service.
