Specify deliverables and revisions
For a visual identity or design assets, specify the agreed number of concepts and revision rounds. Separate included edits from additional requests. The payment description names the milestone; your quote contains the project details.
Separate approval from source files
Explain which previews are submitted for approval and which files form the final delivery. Usage rights are defined in your agreement, not by a Blaya badge. Verified identity does not guarantee a design’s quality or originality.
Keep a record of decisions
If a disagreement arises, gather the agreed scope, versions and dated feedback in the secure case. A resolution proposal must be recorded and accepted through the prescribed flow before it has a financial effect.
